Description:
Steps to reproduce:
 - create a UML project
 - create a package there
 - select package in the project tree, click 'Apply Design Pattern...' in the
context menu
 - The Apply Design Pattern wizard will open, proceed to the Target Scope page.
The namespace field will be empty by default
The namespace should be set depending on the node selected.

still exists in 6.5 but minor issue.
