After clean-building my project Unexpected Exception is thrown in Run Project.
Perhaps related, if I run my project without clean-build, compiling errors
appear where the path to my project classes is reduplicated several times.

Javacore module was replaced by Retouche infrastructure. This bug is not valid
in trunk any more.
