FFJ Build 1159IE, Red Hat Linux 6.2 with (JDK  1.3.1beta-b09).

Description:
------------
If I run some task (Debugger, Fastjavac, ...) with External Execution
the task doesn't start. The started thread remain stopped at
java.lang.UNIXProcess.forkAndExec(Native Method) (sea attachment).
On Win2000 is all OK.

This was not bug in the Forte but in the LadyBird. It is now fixed in the
nonpublic build of LadyBird and in the FCS this should work.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> verified.
