When you set -fontsize parameter the change it is not applied to some fonts in
the IDE, example: description in New From Template wizard.

It works by changing UIDefaults for Swing, which apparently has no effect on
Swing HTML rendering. Compare also problems with HTML tooltips and node names:
works, but the HTML base font is not selected to match that of Swing in general,
thus looks crappy. I am not sure if this is really a Swing issue rather than an
IDE issue.

You can change the font size in Tools -> Options -> Web Browsers -> IceBrowser 
-> font. But, I agree that it isn't intuitive... Changed to enhacement.

HTML browsers
