[build 13]

How to reproduce ? ( only sometime )
1) create two packages
2) in first package create Link to second package
3) delete second package ( this three steps is creation Broken Link )
4) try delete firs package
 occurred this exception
            ( ... FSException:  Cannot delete file ... )

Because I cannot reproduce this bug, I tried to fix it by improving closing
streams shadows/broken links.

It will be fixed in #90 dev build, #29 release31 build.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
