in Breakpoints window, tabbing can get stuck (both forward and backward tabbing)

It is not bpel specific bug.

Well, can you please describe in more detail what do you mean? What exactly gets
stuck - please describe what do you need to do, the expected and actual behavior.

Incomplete for a long time - closing as invalid.
It's not clear to me what this bug is about. If you consider this a valid bug,

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
