Have to restart the Application Server after installing a new Binding Component.
The BC should be available immediately after you start it - but crrently, you
have to restart the App Server.

What product did you install (Ent Pack whatever).

File BC. Sherry is aware of the issue and had done some research. She should be
able to provide more technical detail.

Okay..we will keep the bug open for tracking file bc fix.
This does not affect 9/25 HRM for coke.
