highlevel: add results of this application into statistics QA uses to measure
quality

    * reason: there are tests failing for ages in the default module set and
nobody is fixing them 

pzajac:
 1 I am against reporting issues into issuezilla automatically. I will create
histograms and statics for failures and statistics for modules (weekly, monthly,
for release). In the statics can be

    * How many times tests were evaluated
    * How many times tests fails
    * Random failures of infrastructure (machine crash, wrong version on sources)
