Trying to open project exception is thrown and project is not open into
"Projects" view.

the second IAE appeared to me when I checked out an project. It took a time
before it was finally checked out. In meantime I open another project. The IAE
is probably caused by a coincidence/race condition between parallel opening of
both the projects.

Without project causing this problem or more details on how to reproduce this I cannot do much with this. IAE 'URI is
not hierarchical' sounds like the problem should be reproducible - it is thrown for one of the project source roots.
