If you create a new class using New->Classes->Class and go beyond the first screen and then cancel the wizard. The next time you choose New->Classes->Class you see the wizard in the same state as when it was last cancelled. This includes and inheritance, interfaces, etc. You have to step back to the start and clear out any previous information.

Actually, cancelling the dialog has nothing to do with this problem. Even if you complete the wizard by hitting finish the next time you run the wizard you still get all of the previous classes settings.
[dev-81, release31-20] Fixed; wizard now properly initializes custom wizards when their template is selected.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
