I've fixed and tested this issue in English by giving a very long name for each
button.
The dialog is resized and fully shows all the buttons, but i don't have the
environment to test it in Japanese/Chinese local as shown in the attachement. 
Could you verify?

will do.

one comment for verification by dev or regular uml qe  (since these are not just
i18n issues but resize in general) and most are seen in en locale also if
fontsize and/or label length is larger than default.

a good way to verify is:

1. run with longer labels/strings   of the ui objects in the given window or dialog.

2. run with fontsize of 18 or 20 ( --fontsize option to starting the ide)

according to kfrank's advise, with En locale and --fontsize 20
