Description:
reproducible with buzz and coco (works in bow)

steps:
1. open existing class diagram with class
2. switch all options from UML|Information Logging to Yes and specify file
'c:/uml.log' for example
3. dowble click operation
4. place an name new file
5. go to log file
log file is empty

Description (Entry 2):
moreover, there is some output with all options set to NO,
for example "UMLImportUiSupport: Loading" during/or after creating project by RE
java project.

Evaluation:
reproducible with coke

Evaluation (Entry 2):
it's not really reproducible as said, but 
- options seems working with file after restart without information about
required ide restart
- some output goes to console without turned on options
- 'con' console options doesn't work
