There are no way to edit schema design view without mouse:
User cannot add xml component items to design view from palette using keyboard
User cannot select schema elements and invoke context command for them.

This bug is partially fixed as of today. User can navitate to the whole schema
by left arrow key on the keyboard. Elements and attributes can be edited by
pressing either spacebar or F2 key while in focus. Will shortly enhance it to
navigate around the schema with Up, Down and Left keys.

Since, the bug is partially fixed and the user can now navigate the schema using
keyboard, I am reducing the proprity to P3 to address more serious bug in the queue.

Marking it fixed as you could do everything using key-board. Use right/left arrow for navigation and use context key for
all actions.
