[IE 1148, NB 002]

If set 0 for columns and rows in GridLayout Properties obtain
IllegalArgumentException
 and if you add some component in this layout obtain
ArithmeticException

and after this if you select in workspace tabs some other as GUI Editing and
back you obtain this exception again

This is a GUI editor problem, not bare java.
