I started debugging and stopped at a breakpoint in a hot loop. After few steps
I decided that I don't need this breakpoint anymore, so I removed it (clicked
at the breakpoint sign in editor, and it removed this sign). But when I tried
to continue debugging, it stopped again and again at this line! There is no
breakpoint sign in editor anymore, but the execution still stops there, so it
looks very confusing.
I set high priority P1 because I think it is a very serious bug, and it should 
be fixed ASAP.

Fixed in latest commit.
