A org.netbeans.mdr.persistence.RuntimeStorageException has occured. This 
happens when it scans the classes. This started happening when I restarted my 
m/c.

Reassigning to MDR guys for further investigation. In order to workaround the
problem, please delete your C:\Documents and
Settings\cranganathan\.netbeans\5.0\var\cache\mdrstorage directory and launch
NetBeans again.

I am closing all reports in category Java/Unsupported as wontfix. These should
be dead issues --- if the reported cases are against some live part of the
NetBeans IDE please reopen and we can discuss to which category they belong.
