build 200608220000   jdk1.6_b94

1) Create an Application Client project
2) Invoke 'New Web Service Client'

Now there are 3 choices for specifying WSDL file. If you choose 'WSDL URL' or 
'Local File', appropriate field is ungrayed upon selecting.
This doesn't appear upon selecting 'Project', its field is still gray.

Because user is not expected to put anything into this field, therefore it never
becomes editable. Just use browse button next to it, choose some ws from some
opened project, press OK, and url of the ws will be filled into this text field.
