[build 65]
In mount a Jar files is not in dialog view files with uper case extension.
How to reproduce :
1.switch to Editing workspace
2.display filesystems tab in Explorer
3.display contextual menu of tht root filesystems
4.click "Mount Jar"
5.find directory witch zip or jar files with uper case extension ,now are view
only files with lower case extension (zip, jar)

IMHO UI can solve this problem.

Add upper/lower case combinations of archive extension to the property
RecognizedExtensions int the org.netbeans.core.actions.Bundle.properties.

Verified in dev build 177 and release32 build 38 rc4.

I want to mount *.ZIP and  *.JAR, but they are not visible in the 
wizard for mounting of that - reopening this issue.

Control file extensions withou case sensitive.
