NB Dev(200608141800), JDK 1.5.0_06

There are two failing tests:
testStepOver
testApplyCodeChanges

both with the same message:
Wait status text equals to DivideServlet.java:36

so I guess both are about the same bug.

qa-frodo is no more used for testing. It probably failed because tomcat process
survived from previous run and then ports conflict.

Yes, I moved tests just to three machines (those are under our control) - closed
