Build: beta2 nightly build 060809_2 (+ app server in nightly build 060808_8)

The test result is not stable. Actual output file is difference in different
runs. Sometimes the tests pass, sometimes fail. So if you run the BP5 tests a
couple of times, the issue will be reproduced.

Attached a couple of actual output files.

Do not find any error in messages.log file.

fixed the BPEL to not access the same variable in the different branches.

Tested the latest BP5 app that Kiran sent to me. Works fine.
Will verify it again after the app is integrated into the IDE.

Verified the bug is fixed in build 17a
