It may be only MAC issue, I haven't pc mouse with horizontal scroll to verify Horizontal scroll works fine in source editor but doesn't work for diagrams steps to reproduce: 1. create diagram 2. add several elemnts, enougth for horizontal scrollbar appearance 3. try to scroll with mouse vertical scrolling is ok horizontal doesn't work (I have mouse with "scroll-ball")
I tried on 4 different mac systems (2 ppc & 2 intel) but not able to reproduce the problem. Can't repro on other platforms as well. If you meant to use the mouse-wheel as on PC mouse or scroll-ball on Mac system, then I have never seen this working for horizontal scrollbar, even on Windows and on Windows source editor as well. Please be more specific on what you meant that is not not working.
Yes, I say about horizontal mouse-wheel on pc and scroll-ball for mac, but I do not understand why you say you can't reproduce and you have never seen this working at the same time.
Targeted in drawing area redesign.
Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.
Verifying that horizontal scrolling in the edit pane does not work on my MacBook / MacBook Pro with the touchpad with NetBeans 6.0 Beta 1. First program I've ever seen with this problem. (Works fine in the Java-based application Azureus for example.)
Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.
6.5 now do not override JScrollPane scolling, horizontal scroll should works.
