Description:

Select Button1 and move it to position when both buttons are in the same row.
Then both buttons are moved up to textarea.

Confirmed. It is sufficient to delete jButton1. The jButton2 jumps below the 
text area then.

This issue seems to be caused by a strange position of both buttons. Note that the test-case works if you move the 
button1 up slightly (as the first step). The described position of buttons doesn't have much sense => lowering priority.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
