[Build 63, 62, ...]
There is an problem with toolbars in the last several builds. No buttons are
displayed in the toolbars. Particularly, toolbars called Build, Edit, Palete
don't contain any buttons in the build 63.

verified. bug 8120 is closed for long time.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
