Root of entire application is marked with blue badge. But "CVS | Show
Changes" doesn't show anything if it's being performed on entire application
from "Projects"/"Files" view. Also commit is disabled.

Since there are no steps to reproduce here I can't be sure I know what it's talking about, but in a dev build when I add
a suite and a module inside it to a CVS repository, the IDE correctly shows a badge on the suite project's root node if
and only if some file in the suite - but not in the module - is modified.
