Currently whenever user double-clicks the BPEL node the designer is opened. This
happens even if the process is already opened and user has switched to sources.
This is a small usability issue that may become annoying in case of bigger BPEL
files: loading diagram may take significant time.

Fixed.

Only when there is no any opened Editor panes Diagram view will be 
chosen as default pane for editor.
