for example can't get edit control for attributes, operations, partition column
names etc

seems partially fixed in 061113_2, but it still impossible to edit columns and
rows in activity partition, issue may be filed as a separate bug.

Modified ETDrawEngine to getSelectableCompartment insteadof
getVisibleCompartment, as ETZonesCompartment has a list of ETZoneCompartment s.

verified with 061129_10, can access attributes, operations, partition column
