Steps to reproduce:
 - start IDE
 - create new BPEL module project
 - drag a Wait element to the process
 - try to drag another element from palette
IDE will be frozen. 
This bug is not 100% reproducible, but I could reproduce it on my machine with
100% rate and with lower rates on the other machines

Please recheck this issue with fresh build.
I believe this is issue that was fixed by Praveen ( it was in incorrect 
handling validator events outside AWT thread).

please retest should have been fixed earlier in week as part of deadlock fixes.
