invoke Add Finder Method dialog and there you can see "Input Parameters and
Exception", but there's no place where one can add exception, so the
message/label should be just "Input Parameters"

In NB 6.5, the title is "Add Finder Method..." and I don't see text Input Parameters an Exception" anywhere inside the
dialog. The Exception tab is empty and this is fine (it could be disabled)...

Reporter, please evaluate on NB 6.5 and tell me how you would like to modify the dialog. Thanks!
