Copy/Cut/Paste functionality does not work either in screen designer or inspector

This functinality was disabled for beta release. Should be implemented for 
GMTSince implementation of requires deep changes in the model, I decided to not
to implement this feature for GMTI'll try to fix this for release_42
GMTPostponing this issue for the new model. Will not fix in release_42.

Won't be fixed in 5.5 (too many changes in the model). Should be fixed in the
next version of the designer

Designer 1 has been removed. Therefore reassigning to Designer 2 module.
It is not a critical feature and it was unsupported from beginning, therefore changing issue type to ENHANCEMENT.

Very likely it is not going to be done in NB 6.0.
