Show friend modules under Module Project node - something like this:

[-] Module Project Node
    [-] Source Packages
         :
         :
         :
    [-] Friend Modules
         [ ] code base name of friend module + (Display name when available)
         :
         :

Jesse: Could show similarly to Libraries: openable project node when available 
in module universe, CNB otherwise.

Friend nodes are shown under Project Properties > API Versioning, I doubt they need to be at more prominent place. IMHO
there are already too many nodes under NB module project. Feel free to object :).
