Build 49
--------

1. Start IDE.
2. Open JAR packager from Tools|Jar Packager
3. Add and Remove buttons will be enabled. They should be disabled.
4. Close JAR packager.
5. Open JAR packager again.
6. Add button will be enabled and Remove button will be disabled.

(In build 1125 they are both correctly diabled.)
