Description:
1.  Create a WSDL
2.  Add a message (with part)
3.  Add a PortType with operation
4.  Add binding with operation.  
5.  In the operation add a soap:header
6.  Select the soap:header and open the Properties window
7.  Click on part or message.

Result:
The part or message parameters do not show the internal/built-in types.

Expected Result:
You should be able to select from the internal/built-in types

This has been fixed. Dropdown box which shows all the messages and its related
parts.

Available types are now displayed in the Message and Part type drop-down lists
in the soap:header properties. Tested in 20060829 NetBeans 5.5.
