If I delete a folder in files view it is not shown after Show changes to commit
all deleted files than. To delete a folder I have to delete all its files
separately.

This issue is Showstopper for M1. It also occurs in "release55" branch. It seems
to be a regression caused by integration done coz of subversion module.
