Steps to reproduce:
 - create a new Sync project
 - add a correlation set to the project. Correlation set should appear in the
navigator
 - press Ctrl+Z - nothing will happer
 - press Ctrl+Z once more - Correlation Set will disappear

Nikita, please take a look at this bug.
I believe it has reasons in wrong using of transactions while correlation set 
creation.

Verified in build from 060723
