Original status: 1-Dispatched; Suggested Status: NEW

Description:

Currently the tooltip shows the name of the element which is a duplicate
information. Each tooltip should show the shortcut key for that element when the
mouse pointer on it.
Comment 1 Peter Lam 2006-11-13 17:13:36 UTC
Workaround: refer to issue 78347 for key sequence to create elements from the
palette.
Comment 2 Thuy.d Nguyen 2006-12-13 23:33:59 UTC
Not every elements on palette has a shortcut, plus we have implemented a common
way to create every element from palette using the same sequence of keystrokes.
This common sequence of keystrokes is documented on online help. Thus there's
no need for the tool tip to show the shortcut. Closing the issue as WONFIX.
