Description:
reproducible with coke060426_1/not reproducible in the previous release but
there was another issue on the same action.

steps to reporduce:
1. create java project with main class
2. create uml project by re
3. in Main.java remove Main class and add 'class Main1' and 'class Main2' classes
4. invoke Tools|Update Model From Source
Main,Main1,Main2 appear in model
