Repro steps:
1. create a uml project
2. create a diagram of any type
3. create a few elements in the digram
4. click on the Print Preview button on the diagram toolbar
5. click on the Print Setup button on the Print Preview dialog
6. notice the text in the Print Caption text box
7. click on the Ok button to dismiss the Print Setup dialog
8. click on the Print Setup button on the Print Preview dialog again
9. look at the text in the Print Caption text box again. this time the last
character in the text is gone.
- optional steps: each time steps steps 5 - 9 are repeated, another character
will be gone
