steps to reproduce:
1. go to Tools->Options
2. go to Advanced options
3. go to UML|Presentation nodes
4. invoke customizer for Set Global Colors and Fonts
see Presentation Element Type list

Options for color and fonts have been redesigned. The issue is obsolete now.
