steps to reproduce:
1. create UML Project by RE
2. add package with scoped class diagram
3. add class to the diagram and name
4. set UML|Round Trip Engineering|Transform When Code May Be Lost to Never
5. invoke Transform|Interface from context of the class
nothing happens, no information is provided to user why nothing happens
a better way to say about prohibited operations or prohibited items should be
disabled in context menu

reproducible with 070207_9, property name was changed to Code

Transform is not yet implemented in 6.5

Transfor wasnt implemented in 6.5 and isn't planned for 7.0
