it's not high priority issue, because by default  it's set to 'Ask Me', but it
mey be annoing in some cases.
steps to reproduce:
1. create java project
2. create uml project by re
3. add pckage with scoped class diagram
4. add class to the diagram and name the class
5. go to "UML:Delete File when Deleting Artifacts??? preference and set to 'Always'
6. select artifact node within the class node and press delete
BUG: confirmation dialog appears

preference was completely removed
