The 8082 should be excluded from consideration as an AS port. Currently it will 
be automatically choosen if 8080 and 8081 are taken. Unfortunately 8082 also 
belongs to some service of bundled Tomcat. 
To reproduce on config with AS installed on 8082:
- make sure AS isn't running
- start bundled Tomcat
- stop bundled Tomcat
- try to start the AS 
BUG: the AS willn't start as something has taken 8082.
