Description:
The following sub-modules in the libs module do not produce nbm. The sub modules
should prduce nbm for subsequent patch releases.

jsr-173, xmlbeans, xmlbeans2

uml/element-xml-viewer does not produce nbm.

This issue is obsolete, uml/element-xml-viewer no longer exists, it has been
taken out since the beginning of Coco release development.
