Would be nice if there was a servlet (invocable with a simple WebMacro wrapper)
which provided a list of Tigris users that currently had commit priviledges to a
particular project. Minimally it would list everyone that had either domain
priviledges, or project-wide priviledges. Better, it should list separately: all
people with domain priviledges who as a result can check into this project; all
people with specific priviledges to check into this project (incl. those who
also have domain priviledges); and all those with commit priviledges to some
module under the project.
