Description:
build 2006/03/24, WinXP

start IDE with --fontsize16 option
UML diagram view, right-click white space and choose
"Properties"
the "display and drawing preferences" window uses harcoded small-size font
and is not dynamically resizable

This is Tom Sawyer dialog and the issue has been fixed.
