Description:
reproducible with coke_tpr2_rc3 and buzz/coco

steps to reproduce:
1. create diagram
2. click in diagram area to be sure diagram has focus
3. press F1
top level JSE help is displayed, should be uml specific or even better diagram
specific help

it's not hard to select uml topic in help.
