User should be notified about started debug session when he try to start one
more ...

Steps to reproduce:
- Create Synchronous orchestration project.
- Build and deploy this project.
- Start debug session for this project.
- Goto 'Sessions' window and notice that debug session started.
- Start one more debug session for this project.
- Goto 'Sessions' window and notice that 2 debug sessions for one project started.

debug session is not connected to project any more

only one session is kept when you try to re-attach and start a new session
