Device Configurtion and Device Profile mnemonics don't work for
NewProject>Default Platform seleccion pane; when you prees alt+ mnemonic the
mnemonic doesn"t select any of the radiobuttons

All the radio button in this dialog are dynamic and there is no way how to
assign them uniqe mnemonics.
This has to be treated as an A11Y exception that cannot be fixed.
