Two "Project Configuration" comboboxes on toolbar

cnd version: cnd-060526-linux.bin (with cnd-060523-linux.bin all was ok)

On toolbar of main window there are two "Project Configuration" comboboxes
(should be only one).

It because we now uses the 'official' one from the project system. I will remove
our own.

Fixed. Removed our own implementationa nd now only using the project implementation
