The keyword "returning" is not recognised by the syntax highlighting engine for
SQL files.

The SQL editor is designed to only highlight SQL-99 keyword and RETURNING is not
a SQL-99 keyword, making this issue an enhancement, not a defect. Marking as
duplicate of issue 75765, please make comments there on which other keywords or
database dialects should be highlighted.
