[5.5 Beta build #20065090801]
1. Create new JFrame form
2. Add JMenuBar to the form
3. In form Inspector select jMenu1 node and push right mouse button to invoke
popup menu
4. Select Properties item
5. The Properties window appears and its size is too small so that the user must
resize it. See attached screenshot.
